The Braided Petals Cowl is a lighter weight cowl perfect for spring and autumn wear. This is an adventurous beginner knit pattern wroked in the round, incorporating several unique stitch techniques, including Petal Stitch, Center Double Decrease, and a Braided Cable I created for this design.
Yarn: The pattern requires 206y (188m) of DK weight yarn. Yarn usage will vary if you do not meet gauge as indicated in the pattern.
Needles & Notions:
Size 10.US/6.0mm 16” circular needles (or size needed to meet gauge)
Darning needle
Stitch marker to mark the beginning of round.
Optional: cable needle, stitch markers to mark pattern repeats.
Finished Size: 22” (56 cm) circumference x 13” (33 cm) tall
